If a problem is found with the existing components during test riding and tuning, they are replaced with comparable or better components to ensure high performance. For a perfect fit, we will also change or build a new stem, if needed, to fit your Pre-loved Friday to you (Stock and *Pre-Loved Friday custom fitting available at additional charge). We do apologize -- our Pre-Loved Bike Fridays are only available to customers in the lower 48 United States. But if this affects you and you've got to have one, then please consider a 'New' Bike Friday - and if you need it in a hurry, ask our friendly Travel Consultants about an 'expediting fee' to get it when you like, or see what your options are for a custom built Bike Friday that's expedited. Occasionally, we have a bike order or two get cancelled and you might be able to get it quickly. |
