Bike Fridays come in either Custom Built-to-Order or Standard with several models each:
1. Built-to-Order BIKES – We believe a cyclist needs the right bike and especially in the right size to be effective and comfortable. Building these exclusive custom sized and appointed Bike Fridays is what made our reputation. A Built-to-Order Bike Friday is truly uniquely yours. Many upgrades are available in components and color choices on your custom sized and Built to Order Bike Friday. The frame is built from raw tubes to your measurements. They have the longest lead times (about 4 weeks, sometimes more in the spring) and require a bigger investment, but if right for you, many owners say, the best deal. If these are of interest to you, we are good at walking you painlessly through the fairly short design and choosing process. 2. Standard Bike Fridays– Faster delivery than the exclusive Built-to-Order Fridays as these 7 Standard models are usually stocked. They are less expensive as we don't build them individually to your specs like the BTO versions. They are though built the same way in the same production cell as the Built-to-Order Bike Friday models but in 3 standard sizes without options or color choices. They do fit all the standard accessories, racks, and TravelCase. This is just right for a lot of folks. 3. Plus we often have Pre-Owned BIKE Fridays – If you live in the continental U.S, you could be lucky and find a great pre-loved bike that fits your needs and is the right size. These will have faster delivery times than custom bikes (even with our many step refurbish process time) and require less investment. Used Bikes have the same 100% guarantee that all the other Bike Fridays have. Only available in the 48 contiguous United States.
